Tinctures Vs Tablets
Tinctures absorb around 98% of nutrients, compared to only 50% for tablets. This high absorption rate ensures you get the maximum benefits from each dose, making your supplement regimen more effective and efficient.
How do I take a tincture?
Tinctures are quick and easy to take. Simply drop 1/2 or a full pipette directly under your tongue or drop into water for a more diluted effect.
Can I take more than one tincture in a day?
All the herbs we use in our herbal tinctures work together in harmony so you can take more than one tincture in a day.
What ingredients do you use?
The ingredients we use are responsibly-grown herbs and plants that we have carefully sourced from around the world. These herbs have been used for centuries in both Eastern and Western herbal-therapy cultures.
What is glycerine?
The glycerine we use to preserve the herbal liquid inside the tinctures is made from organic rapeseed sap grown in the UK.
It tastes sweet but it is very low GI so it will not rot your teeth or spike your blood sugar.
Can I take your tinctures alongside other medication?
Our herbal tinctures are all-natural and we not use any counter-active herbs. Our herbal tinctures are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. But please CHECK WITH YOUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONER IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES.
